Matrix reflects the visual paths of knowledge as the evolution of encoded information from abstract patterns and symbols to written language and now to digital code.

The public art installations incorporate materials which alter the sense of place through light and color. Designed to respond to the shifting angles of sunlight, each installation changes relative to the movement of both the sun and the viewer.
